Whether you're looking for a place you can call home for a week or two while enjoying all our area has to offer - including the world class skiing and ice climbing at nearby Telluride and Ouray - or just visiting for a few days, the affordable luxury of our Cow Creek Suite is designed to exceed your every expectation.


Newly built in 2007, Cow Creek Suite is smoke and pet free and extraordinarily quiet and comfortable.  Features include great views, fully-equiped kitchen, dining and laundry facilities, comfortable allergen-barrier bedding, and an AccuClean(TM) whole home air filtration system.


The commanding second-story views of both the surrounding meadows and our famous San Juan Mountains combined with the large, open great room and vaulted ceilings provide a light and airy feel to these spacious living quarters.  Private decks facing east and west let you enjoy sun or shade all day.  With a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in the other, Cow Creek Suite comfortably sleeps up to four guests - five with the available cot.

 

From the 420 thread-count cotton sheets and Hi-Def TV to the custom woodwork, historical area photographs and...of course...antiques, Cow Creek Suite was designed to be your favorite home away from home.


Our convenient, edge-of-town location is as quiet as it gets...yet you can walk to Ridgway's many fine restaurants, businesses, and attractions including the Ouray County Fairgrounds and the Ridgway Visitor Center, Railroad Museum,  Town Park and historic core.



*RATES:

HIGH SEASON (June - December) - For up to two guests only $110/night or $660/week plus taxes and $50/stay cleaning fee.  Up to three additional guests add just $15/night or $90/week each.  Weekly rates require Saturday check-in. 

LOW SEASON (Janurary - May) - For up to two guests only $69/night or $414/week plus taxes and $50/stay cleaning fee.  Up to three additional guests add just $15/night and $90/week each.  Weekly rates require Saturday check-in.

LOW SEASON MONTHLY RATE - $1250/month fully furnished including utilities (except phone).  Subject to availability and four guest maximum.  Two month minimum.

State and local sales taxes of 8.5% plus local lodging tax of $2/night apply on stays of less than 30 consecutive nights.

Call or email us to reserve your dates.  Our Summer season is typically more than half booked by early in the year, sometimes even by New Year's Day, so if you are not flexible on your dates please try and reserve early to avoid disappointment!

RESERVATIONS / DEPOSIT / PAYMENT:  At the time a reservation is booked, the Owner will email to the Primary Occupant the Vacation Rental Agreement and will hold the reservation no obligation for 7 days.  When the signed Vacation Rental Agreement is received by Owner within this 7 day period, the Owner will charge the Primary Occupant's designated credit card a Reservation Deposit equal to one-half the total rent and confirm the reservation by email.  Otherwise the unit will be made available to others until such time as a reservation is confirmed.  The Reservation Deposit includes a US$40.00 non-refundable processing fee.  All amounts payable to Owner hereunder shall be paid by Visa or MasterCard.  The Total Rent plus the Cleaning Fee and applicable taxes must be paid in full 45 days prior to the Check-in Date.  Where a Reservation Deposit has been previously paid, the remaining portion of the Total Rent plus the Cleaning Fee and applicable taxes will be charged to the Primary Occupant’s designated credit card 45 days prior to the scheduled Check-in Date.

CANCELLATIONS:  The following applies to all cancellations, including partial cancellations, regardless of the reason, including emergencies.  Once a reservation has been confirmed, the Reservation Deposit is refundable less the US$40.00 processing fee if either a) written notice of cancellation is received by Owner at least 90 days prior to the scheduled Check-in Date, or b) Owner is able to rent the unit for the entire time period affected for the same amount of Total Rent; otherwise cancellation shall result in the Primary Occupant’s forfeiture of the entire amount of the Reservation Deposit.   In addition, cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date shall result in the Primary Occupant’s forfeiture of the entire amount of the Total Rent unless Owner is able to rent the unit for the entire time period affected for the same amount of Total Rent. Failure to check-in by 4:00pm the day following the scheduled Check-in Date is deemed a cancellation of the entire reservation.

Ridgway is the northern entry point to the famous San Juan Skyway Scenic Byway, 236 miles of paved highway through some of the most rugged and beautiful mountain ranges in the Rocky Mountain West.  This is a big attraction for our Summer Season guests!

Ridgway is also a great place to hole up for winter season downhill skiing in nearby Telluride, or cross-country skiing, ice climbing and hot springs soaking in and around Ridgway and Ouray.
